Welcome to the Cheddar Labs website. As a Cheddar Labs member, you may be eligible to earn points for Cheddar Labs SWAG, and to enter exclusive contests. You accomplish all of this by gaining bragging rights-worthy insights about innovative products and services offered by brands that you work with. This is a new way of rewarding you for enriching your knowledge so that you can do a better job!
If you have never visited this site before, we encourage you to review the FAQ below to learn more (trust us, you'll want to). Of course, if you’re already familiar with what we do, you may just want to jump right into earning points and/or contest entries, so visit our Brands page to begin.

General
Why did you create this website?
This website has been created to assist sales teams across many industries to learn more about the products they sell.
Can I refer my friends to this website?
Yes, your friends are welcome to join at any time. However, depending on what company they work for, may not have access to the same training material as you.
What activities do I have to perform in order to earn points?
The main way to receive points is to take quizzes. As soon as you’ve completed the quiz, you will instantly receive points. The second way to earn points is to refer colleagues to the site.
I was trying to use the site and something really weird happened/I think the site broke.
We’re always updating the site, and sometimes things will break. The good news for you is that if you stumble across something like that, then you can get some points! For real. All you have to do is shoot us an email at support@cheddarlabs.com. Make sure to tell us if you’re using a Mac or PC, what browser you’re using and, if you can, the version of the browser. Then give us a description of what went wacky; try to give us steps to reproduce the problem, too. We’ll shoot you back a thank you in the form of some bonus points!
How do I spend my points?
To spend points, browse and select items in our Online Store. All you have to do is click — we’ll do the rest.
Quiz Training & Taking
Do I have to review all the training materials for a game in order to write a Novice Quiz?
No, you don’t have to, but if you want to earn full points/contest entries for a quiz then we recommend that you review them. And remember, you can only write the same quiz three times in a day.
Do I have to receive 100% on a quiz in order to receive points?
No. You will get points based on whatever score. If a quiz has 1000 points available and you achieve 70% to 79% you will receive 700 points, 60% to 69% = 600 points or if it's for 10 contest entries 70-79% will earn you 7 entries. If you want the full amount of cheddar for a quiz you will need to get 100%. So, if you don’t succeed the first time, try, try again!
I scored better on a quiz after retaking it, but I didn't get any extra points!
The quizzes expire and drop in the amount of points you can earn. For example, if you get 80% on a quiz before it expires, you'll get 800 of 1000 points available. If you come back and get 100% after it expires, you can only earn earn a max 500 points, so you won’t earn any more!
So what does that all mean?
Take the quizzes early and try to score as high as you can! Remember, you've got only 3 tries in a day and quizzes have a time limit of 5 minutes.
How long does it take for a quiz to expire?
You’ve got 3 months from the date the quiz is posted before it expires. You can still train on the "expired" quiz, it just won't be worth as many points/contest entries as before.
Merchandise & Orders
Where do I submit my credit card information to purchase merchandise?
Ah — a trick question! The only way to acquire merchandise is to use points that you acquire from performing various activities on the site.
I just ordered some sweet merchandise through the Online Store! When's it gonna get here?
In general, it takes about six business days to get to most destinations in the continental US. However, it can take up to 12 business days. If there's any problem with the delivery, we’ll email you to figure out a work around.
I want to place an order, but it says I'm Unverified, what does that mean?
The fastest way to get Verified is to use our upload form to send us a copy of a recent paystub, with any private information blacked out. Just make sure to leave your name, the store name/location/number, and the pay period visible. Are you guys gonna get Rock Band 3/NHL 11/Dead Space 2/computers/laptops, etc. in the store?
We’re always listening to what you guys want to see in store. Please shoot us a message at support@cheddarlabs.com; however, we can’t guarantee what we’re going to get. What you see in the store is what’s available right now. If you want the most current updates on the store, and other great info about what’s going on in the site, then make sure to subscribe to our Alerts emails.
Can I pre-order games or merchandise?
At the moment we don’t have a way of placing pre-orders for games or merchandise.
Can I get a tracking number for my order?
Unfortunately our system doesn't provide tracking numbers right now.
My order is broken/wrong what do I do?
First thing: DO NOT throw away the order. Take a picture of the offending item(s), making sure the picture clearly shows where it’'s broken/incorrect. Then, shoot an email to us at support@cheddarlabs.com. Tell us what went wrong, and include your order number and that picture you took. Depending on what is wrong, we'll send you a replacement or a replacement and a box to send the incorrect item back in, plus postage.
I don’t like any of the products you currently have in the store. What should I do with my points?
Simple: keep them! Store merchandise will change over time, so if you don’t like anything now, hold onto your points until you see something you really want.
